Established by Mr. Bekeru Furi in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Success in Action Association (SAA) is a non-profit organization addressing youth unemployment and poverty. Through innovative vocational training in fields like entrepreneurship, leadership, and mobile maintenance, SAA equips young people with marketable skills and sustainable income opportunities.

Since its inception, SAA has trained over 75,000 youth, collaborating with the Ministry of Education to create practical, impactful programs that foster economic resilience and community development.
