After graduating with a degree in Biology from Woldia University, America Niguse began working as a call operator. While the job provided stability, it lacked growth opportunities and purpose. She now earns 67% more compared to her previous role, and the flexibility of her schedule has made managing her time much easier.

America has gained important skills in communication, time management, and problem-solving, which benefit her both in her job and in her everyday life.
